Durban, South Africa 2010
In the Valley of a Thousand hills, a very poor area of Kwa Zulu Natal, John and Cathy Potter our Field Coordinators based in Durban, have helped establish a pre-school for children who normally would receive no education at all.
Teaching is currently provided in a church but they would benefit from a place of their own to develop their ministry and help even more children.
The land has been given by the local chief and funds for materials are being raised. Now all we need is you to go and help build to change the course of these young lives.
We are in need of skilled builders and construction workers, plus some willing helpers to do the ‘odd jobbing’ on this trip. We’re hoping that this trip is going to be made up from individuals from all over the country. It is being led by David Trelease who has many years experience in the engineering business and missions.
