In most countries the work of Missionary Ventures is pioneered by our long-term missionaries who we call field co-ordinators. They form key relationships, develop outreach plans, host short-term teams, oversee new projects and ensure that donated money is used effectively and with integrity.

Luther and Sandy Meier

Luther is Vice President at Large for Missionary Ventures International, they are based in the UK though and also invest allot of their time in travelling to eastern Europe and Russia helping to pioneer new areas for MV to work in.

India

Malaki Dara

Malaki has been our Field Administrator in Hyderabad, India since 2008. He has helped immensely in planning visits, hosting teams, dealing with finances and networking amongst local leaders.
Viv

Viv Penfold

Viv champions and oversees Missionary Ventures work in India. He worked with D.B. Abraham for almost 20 years and in that time they saw over 700 churches planted.

Africa

Harding Family

Nigel and Kathy Harding

Nigel and Kathy, and their daughter Abigail, moved to Uganda in 2002 to become Field Coordinators for East Africa. Nigel is also MV’s Regional Director for Africa. They have also adopted a Ugandan boy called Emmanuel. They have a great love for the Ugandan people and desire to build strong relationships with indigenous leaders to help them reach their goals.
Guynns

Rex and Melinda Guynn

The Guynns are Field Coordinators in Northern Uganda. They have been living and working alongside the Ugandan people since 2006 but moved to Kitgum in 2008, where they now live and do great work with the Acholi Tribe.

Pat Crook

Pat Crook is the current ‘Threes Stones’ national coordinator. She is from the UK, has a nursing background, and has worked in the training and management field in the UK for 25 years.

Hugo and Salomie Du-Toit

Hugo and Salomie have been doing fantastic work in Zambia since 2008. Their heart is for the children of Zambia, to see them grow into Godly men and women of the future.
John and Cathy Potter

John and Cathy Potter

John Potter is the Director of Evangelism for Missionary Ventures International operating out of Durban, South Africa. Cathy has a heart for the Zulu children living in ‘the valley of a thousand hills’ and has helped to establish a pre-school in the area.
Elizabeth Ratliff

Elizabeth Ratliff

Elizabeth is based out of Lusaka the capital of Zambia. She is presently heading up some very exciting prison work.

Europe

Eric, Sophia, Keevy and Lyndsey D'Errico

Eric and Lyndsey D’Errico

The west of Ireland is one of the least evangelised parts of Europe with less than 0.02% born again. Lyndsey and Eric are called to this exciting mission field and are already seeing great growth in the gospel in their area.
Tommie and Gunilla Naumann

Tommie and Gunilla Naumann

Working out of Thessaloniki, Greece, Tommie and Gunilla are working across Greece, Macedonia and into areas of the Middle East and are seeing churches being planted wherever they go.

Victor and Yolanda Neagu

Victor is married to Yolanda, they have been married for 12 years, and have a 3 year old daughter Charisse. Victor is originally from Moldova and came to England in 2001 where he met Yolanda.

They are both born again believers. Yolanda previously was a missionary in Romania in 1995 working with children with HIV - AIDS.

Victor and Yolanda both have a heart for Eastern Europe - Romania and Moldova . .
