Field Coordinator: The Ultimate Challenge

Do you feel God may be calling you to full time work for him?

Are you ready for a new challenge or adventure? Do you have a desire to see people saved and discipled? Are you prepared to step out of your ?comfort zone? and enter an exciting new world in another country?

Missionary Ventures is not your traditional Mission Organisation. One thing that makes us different is our use of full time Field Coordinators. These people are not ?lone rangers? but rather they are a key part of a larger team and part of a larger process.

We believe that indigenous christians are the best qualified to reach their own people for Christ. Missionary Ventures wants to support and train them to do it more effectively. This is where the Field Coordinators step in. They are the ones on the ground, out in the field, who search out and form long-term relationships with new pastors, leaders and evangelists. We are then able to strategically channel our resources to these people, through the Field Coordinators, in a controlled and safe manner. In short they make sure we hit the target.

So could you be our vital link in the chain?

You would be positioned full time in an area we are trying to reach. Missionary Ventures operates on every continent and has openings right now in many countries. You would be part of a well established mission organisation who would prepare you for the task ahead and stand with you as you serve.

Are you qualified for the job?

God is not looking for ?superstars?. He is simply looking for those who will say ?Yes? to his call, and He will provide and equip you.

Are you up for the challenge?

Do you want to be used in a pivotal role in mission work? Do you want to see ministries grow, churches planted and people being saved for Christ? Do you want your hard work to be fruitful as you initiate, grow and release new projects? And do you want to help more people in the UK to be involved in the great commission?
